New Diorama

These days I am making a diorama for displaying miniature scene. It's in process and I haven't decided yet what wallpaper I'm gonna use. I saw a really cool diorama from a Japanese blog:http://yaplog.jp/kokeshidiary/monthly/201304/2.

She used this cool design so the background can be changed at any time. I like it a lot and want to make one like this for my own.


Hope I can finish mine soon and use it to display miniature collections/scene.  This is my current project:




Also Betty wants to call my blog friends and say hi. She is doing well in sylvanian world and making more new friends.

    Good luck with your diorama box! I have been trying to build one too but I have not done so yet. I like the idea of changing background! It's wonderful if you plan on using only one box for the photos. Betty looks so cute! You make me want to get a Petite Blythe!

      Thank you Jane. I like all your dolls. I went through your blog and saw that you like Licca doll. I didn't have Licca but I like to see people's pictures about them. I have two Japanese licca fans' blog link to recommend:

    Great project! This is something I also want for my own, because I've got always problems with my fotos :D. Good luck with it!

      Carry你太谦虚！你的场景常常让我赞叹，尤其是那些商店场景的货架都撘得size好好。我最喜欢六边形那个货架，自己也想尝试做一个。

    Very cool! Will you show us how you made it? And will you please tell us how you made the wainscoting/tongue and groove wall panels? I'm trying to make some myself and it's harder than I thought it would be. Yours is so wonderful!

      Hi Caroline! Welcome to my blog. Yes, I plan to post a tutorial about making wainscoting next because couple people have asked me. It’s not that hard you just need pick the right wood piece. I’ll introduce to bloggers how to make them when I have time next week. :)
